Rohini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with a specialization in Child Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai. Her academic foundation in psychology enables her to understand the developmental, behavioral, and motivational aspects that influence a student’s learning style, personality, and long-term career suitability.

She is internationally certified as a Career Management Practitioner (CMP) by the *Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI), a globally recognized body that certifies professionals in career development and talent management. She is also a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) accredited by BCPA (India) and ACCPH (UK) and associated with international professional organizations including IAAP and APCDA. These credentials reflect her commitment to global standards of career guidance, ethical practice, and continued professional development.

In addition, Rohini is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer, integrating emotional awareness, resilience, and decision-making skills into her counseling approach. She believes that career success is not determined by aptitude alone but also by emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to make thoughtful choices in an evolving world.

Before founding Brain Spark, Rohini served as a Marketing Partner with The RED Pen, Mumbai, an internationally respected education consulting firm guiding students for overseas university admissions. She also worked as a Counselor and Motivational Speaker at Genius Kid, Vapi, mentoring students preparing for international mental math competitions and supporting their cognitive development.

Through Brain Spark, Rohini has guided students from Grade 2 to Grade 12, university students, graduates, and professionals, helping them identify suitable academic pathways and career directions. Her counseling methodology integrates psychometric assessments, biometric analysis, aptitude mapping, personality frameworks such as RIASEC models, and structured SWOT-based career planning, ensuring that career decisions are based on scientific insight rather than external pressure.

Rohini regularly conducts career awareness workshops, counseling sessions, and guidance programs in schools and educational institutions, helping students move beyond decisions driven by marks, peer influence, or social expectations.

Today, through Brain Spark, she works with students and individuals across India and from different parts of the world, guiding them through global education pathways and emerging career opportunities.
